Outers are 5.3mm, 0.60ct each.
Total diamond weight estimated at 3ct.
Claw set in platinum.

2cm head dimension, serious finger coverage!
Size P, resizable.
Off for a polish next week, the shank has been rhodiumed, it is actually yellow gold.
