Description
This piece is a classic Art Deco geometric plaque ring, likely dating from the 1920s or 1930s. It features a central old European cut diamond surrounded by a symmetrical arrangement of smaller diamonds and blue sapphire accents.
The central Old European cut is 5mm includding bezel. Calculates to 0.35/40ct.
Total diamond weight of just under 1.50ct.
Accented with blue sapphires (often synthetic in original pieces of this period) and smaller pavé-set diamonds.
Platinum.
