A little piece of history from the late Deco period.
Featuring a Genuine natural diamond – old antique transitional diamond cut – measuring approx 10mm by 10mm by 5.7mm – approx. 3.30cts – N/O ( as is common with old cuts, a warmth in colour) VVS2.

There is not a mark to be found under magnification.
The central old Transitional cut diamond rests flush inside an elevated, geometric octagonal head. The band is stylized with highly intricate, lacy floral hand-engravings and delicate milgrained edges running along the shoulders of the shank. This type of design exemplifies the masterful craftsmanship, symmetry, and architectural lines popularized during the early 20th century.
Such quality, fine workmanship, impossible to find today!
