Thanks so much Lee and delighted that you were so pleased. 23rd May 2012 Mr and Mrs Daniel Lowestoft, Suffolk To Whom It Concerns, I feel obliged to write this to pass on the experience of dealing with “Fine Antique Diamonds”. In these times feedback given by customers is imperative and will help ease any sort of concern, especially when parting with larger amounts of money. I really do not know where to start but I guess the most important thing for me is the communication level…………..at all times during the buying process I was kept well informed and updated via email. There was also some phone contact to pass vital detail (very professional and sensible in a time when identity fraud is a growing problem). All communication was very open, honest and with a great feeling of attachment felt very quickly. Payment was again very painless with various options being given, explained and pro’s and con’s discussed. Finally……delivery. Item arrived the very next day (of confirmation of funds clearing) and was as described if not better. Overall: WOW!! We have got a lovely item at great price and all that with an excellent buying experience. I don’t think I have ever been involved in such a forefeeling buying process with a great and totally understanding seller.
