VERY IMPRESSIVE TO WEAR. Set in 18ct & platinum and is a size O, resizable. The head measurement is 16mm. The centre diamond measures 5.7mm and is estimated at 0.75ct, the 8 surrounding diamonds are 4.2mm and are 0.25ct each approximately. Total diamond weight 2.75ct.
